OUR STORY

LaFlare Golf was born from a group of 12 friends after a 2-day golf weekend aimed to bring together old friends and have fun.  After a successful initial event, a recreational golf league was born immediately, driven by a consensus opinion that events like this should be a monthly occasion.

In 4 seasons, LaFlare hosted 55 events, growing from 12 members to 500+ members competing on tours in Knoxville and Chattanooga. Players received points for both skill and engagement with the league’s culture, earning over $30,000 worth of gifts and prizes, including golf outings at Quintero (AZ), Paiute (NV), Tobacco Road (NC), and Old Waverly (MS).

During those years, we always had an itch to utilize our skills we’d developed to help organizations in our community. After dipping our toes into the charity event world in 2023, we quickly decided to dive into it full time. We offer website development, format consultation, prize acquisition, and much, much more. Whatever your needs may be, we have the skills and expertise to make it happen.

From humble beginnings to a fully operational rec league, the game of golf has blessed us in so many ways. We hope our rec league members will continue to join us on the course, as we only know one way to do things- the LaFlare way.
